Laptop, MacBook and PC repair services in Brisbane.

Mostly laptops, mostly same day. You hear what it needs and what it costs before any work starts, and looking at it is free when you go ahead with the repair. Starting prices.

Liquid damage

Our specialty. Coffee, water, a drink bottle in the bag. We open the machine, clean the board, dry it properly and replace what corroded. The sooner it comes in, the better the odds. What to do in the first ten minutes.

Board-level repair and micro-soldering

Fixing the small parts on the main circuit board under a microscope, instead of replacing the whole board. Chips, charging circuits, ports. It is how “needs a whole new board” becomes a repair.

MacBook, iMac and Mac Studio

Screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, charging faults, logic-board repairs and macOS that won’t start. We’ve fixed plenty of machines Apple said were beyond repair.

Windows laptops and desktops

HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Surface and the rest. Won’t turn on, overheating, broken screens and hinges, Windows faults, slow machines.

Screens, hinges and keyboards

Cracked screens replaced, usually within a day. Broken hinges rebuilt. Keyboards with dead or sticky keys swapped.

Batteries and charging

Batteries that die by lunchtime, machines that only run on the charger, damaged charging ports.

Data recovery

Files off a dead drive or a machine that won’t boot. A separate job with its own quote, and we tell you honestly what the odds are before you spend anything.

Where we are

Amira Residence, 5 Waterloo Street, East Brisbane. By appointment, 7 days from 7 am to 6 pm, at Waterloo Street or on-site.

Upgrades

Memory and SSD upgrades that make an old machine feel new, often the cheapest fix for a slow computer. A move of everything to a new computer, and a back-up that actually runs.

On-site visits

Homes and offices across Brisbane, by appointment. Setups, networks, desktops that can’t travel, and anything better fixed where it lives.

Small business IT, up to servers

Casson IT Solutions looks after small-business machines, networks, servers and day-to-day support, on site or remotely. Server faults, storage, backups and the one machine everything depends on.
