Liquid damage repair for laptops and MacBooks, Brisbane.
Coffee, water, a drink bottle in the bag, rain. Liquid damage is our specialty. Turn it off, don’t turn it back on, and get it to East Brisbane as soon as you can.
What we do
We open the machine and take the board out. Under the microscope we clean it with the right solvents, dry it properly, and replace the components that have corroded or shorted. Then we test it fully before you collect. It is board-level work, not a wipe-down.
Before you get here
Power off, unplug, tent it upside down on a towel. No rice, no hair dryer. The full checklist.
Honest odds first
We look before you pay. You hear what we found, what it needs and what it costs, and diagnosis is free when you go ahead.
Your data
The storage often survives even when the board doesn’t. If the machine can’t be saved, recovering your files is usually still possible, quoted as its own job.
Machines Apple said were beyond repair
Liquid damage is the most common reason Apple declines a repair or quotes a whole new board. Component-level repair is a different approach: fix the part that failed, keep the board. We’ve done it for plenty of machines that came to us after that conversation.
One honest note: liquid-damaged machines can fail again later. We don’t offer a warranty of our own on any job, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every one.
What it costs
